Wisuron reads the attachments of a request for quotation, including multiple drawing PDF files and handwritten
annotations, and writes each part on its own row in Excel. It does not calculate the price: you do that
in your own system as before.
Wisuron is currently built for the Finnish market: Finnish suppliers, Finnish-language requests for quotation, and Finnish pricing practices.

What is in the Excel
Six columns, one row per part.
The same information you currently enter into Excel by hand before pricing. Wisuron does not calculate the price.
Item
The part code and name from the drawing or product list.
Dimensions
Dimensions according to the drawing or product list, for example L 400 x W 300 x H 10 mm.
Material
Material designation, for example S235JR or S355J2+N.
Quantity
Number of pieces.
Unit weight (kg)
The weight of one piece in kilograms.
Total weight (kg)
Quantity multiplied by unit weight. The bottom row shows the total weight of the entire request for quotation.
The Excel is reviewed before pricing. Wisuron does not invent missing information: you fill in
the blank fields yourself.

The email with its attachments goes to Wisuron's receiving address. Paying customers get their own address.

Each part becomes a row in Excel. In the demo, a PDF with nine drawings was processed in 72 seconds.

You review and price
The Excel arrives in your email. You go through the rows and price in your own system.
In the trial, you sign in at wisuron.fi and send the request for quotation by email to the trial address, which you will see after signing in. Send from the same address you used to sign in.
Netvisor
Rows into Netvisor as a sales order.
Mantox is a Netvisor partner. The Excel rows are exported to Netvisor as a sales order. The sales order
customer is identified by business ID or name. Product codes and prices, including customer-specific ones,
are read from Netvisor's product register.
Netvisor export is included in the Production plan and requires a Professional or Premium plan in Netvisor.
Do you need export to a system other than Netvisor? Place a Production order and send an email to [email protected]. We will implement the export according to the target system's API.
Security
Data is stored in the EU, interpretation is done in the United States.
Data is stored in the EU: the database is in Stockholm and servers are in the EU region. Each customer's
data is isolated at the database level, so an organisation only sees its own data. Data is encrypted
both in transit and at rest. Sign-in is done with the company's Microsoft or
Google credentials. Document interpretation is performed by Anthropic's language model in the United States under the EU's
standard contractual clauses, and customer material is not used for training the models.
Do requests for quotation come with drawings or product lists?
Yes: Wisuron reads them from PDF, PNG, JPG and Excel files.
Do you enter dimensions, materials and quantities into Excel by hand before pricing?
Yes: this is the manual entry work Wisuron does. The review remains with you.
Do you price in your own system?
Yes: Wisuron does not calculate the price. You price based on the Excel as before. As a Netvisor customer, you export the rows directly as a sales order.

Does Wisuron calculate the price of the quotation?
No. Wisuron produces an Excel. Pricing and the quotation are done in your own systems.
How accurate is the Excel?
The Excel is reviewed before pricing, like a list made by a colleague. The person calculating is always responsible for pricing and the quotation. In the trial you will see the accuracy on your own drawings before subscribing.
Does Wisuron read handwritten annotations?
Yes, when they are legible. Unclear sections are left for you to review.
What does the trial include?
Five requests for quotation free of charge for one user, no automatic subscription. You sign in at wisuron.fi with your company's Microsoft or Google credentials, not a personal Gmail or Outlook account, and send requests for quotation by email to the trial address from the same address you used to sign in. The breakdown is returned by email. The trial is done on a computer.
Does Wisuron work with Netvisor?
Yes. The Excel rows are exported to Netvisor as a sales order, and product codes and prices are fetched from Netvisor's product register. The export is included in the Production plan and requires a Professional or Premium plan in Netvisor.
How do you take care of customer data security?
Data is stored in the EU and encrypted, and each customer only sees their own data. Material is not used for training the models. The full text is in the Security section, with more details in the security policy and subprocessor list.
How much does Wisuron cost?
